CCTV Lens Series

CCTV (closed circuit television) lenses are widely used in vision sensor and machine vision applications. Moritex provides a full line of configurable factory automation lenses and accessory items such as lens adapters and illumination systems. These lenses and accessories can be combined to suit the userís application providing flexibility and value.

Macro Zoom Lenses

Compact, versatile 4:1 zoom lenses designed for integration into small spaces. Integrated adjustable working distances allow for a wide variety of magnification range possibilities. C-mount, or direct mount to micro head cameras, coaxial illumination adapters and ring light guides available for illumination.

Non Telecentric Macro Lenses

The ML-N series lenses were developed to be compact, high performance lenses. Based on many years of experience producing machine micro lenses, Moritex adopted a non-telecentric optical system as the lens design for this model. By limiting the number of lenses in each layer to less than three, we have succeeded to develop a high performance model at a reasonable price. Magnification and working distances can be tailored to your needs by using optional close-up rings.

MML-HR 5M Series

These are ultra high-resolution models that provide the highest contrast and NA among the MML series with a maximum distortion 0.03% Specifically designed for Cameras using the lates 5MP cameras using the new Sony CCD with distortion less than the size of a single pixel.

MML-HR

High Resolution Micro Machine lenses (MML) For use with Megapixel Cameras of 410,000 or more pixels, the MML-HR is designed for high resolving power throughout the field of view and with high contrast emphasising object characteristics. The produced image proves Moritexís lens quality beyond comparing catalog specifications.

The MML-HR Series is available in five working distances (65mm, 110mm, 150mm, 200mm and 300mm) to suit a wide range of applications. Designed to enable simple and rapid mounting on manufacturing equipment, the MML-HR Series offer compactness, long depth of field, high uniformity of coaxial illumination across the entire field of view and distortion-free performance.

MML-ST

The new MML-ST series from Moritex are a new low cost range of Machine Micro Lenses designed to exhibit the highest-level optical performance when combined with cameras with below 410,000-pixels.

MML Original Series And Long Working Distance

Our original series of fixed Magnification Telecentric lenses. Available in a much wider range of working distances and magnifications than the ST or HR range but with the same resolution as the HR series. More expensive but a more custom solution for those with more specialist needs.

SOD 10X

This lens is unique in the industry because it achieves microscope levels of magnification and resolution with a high 55mm working distance in one self-contained machine vision lens.

The SOD 10X comes with an inline Coaxial illumination port to create a very compact solution.

A dedicated rear converter can extend the magnification up to 15x or 20x.

The product realized the wish of machine vision users for mounting a microscope system on equipment.

Telecentric Zoom Lenses

Moritexís MML Zoom Lens Series are high performance lenses with integrated coaxial episcopic illumination designed based on telecentric optics. Multiple zooming, long working distance, and the integrated episcopic illumination sytstem that covers the entire view allow for recognition of all types of objects. Manual systems and electric zoom type systems with a stepping motor are available.
